About The Job
Dudek is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst / Specialist to join our team as an HRIS system administrator and to drive advanced analytics, systems optimization, and technological innovation within our HRIS ecosystem.
As the subject matter expert for our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Dayforce, and other HR technology solutions, the Senior HRIS Analyst / Specialist will focus on leveraging data analytics, system configuration, and integration capabilities to enhance HR processes and decision-making. This role will emphasize the development of scalable solutions, reporting strategies, and the use of HTML and XML for system customization and data exchange. The analyst will play a key role in several high-impact projects, including the implementation of new modules and ongoing system enhancements, all within our collaborative and fast-paced work environment.The ideal candidate will be passionate about putting their ideas to work in our collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation driven work environment and will play a critical role in several upcoming projects in 2025.
This position can be hybrid or remote but must be based in the Pacific or Mountain Standard Time Zone.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
Serve as the technical lead for HRIS development, implementation, and maintenance, with a strong focus on data-driven insights and analytics.
Manage and execute Dayforce configuration and enhancements, specifically in areas such as Core HR, Benefits, Onboarding, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation, and Self-Service.
Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs using advanced analytics tools and techniques.
Utilize XML and HTML for system customization, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring seamless data exchange and improved user interfaces.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Accounting to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions.
Oversee the implementation and testing of new Dayforce modules, including the 2025 roll out and implementation of a new time and attendance system ensuring smooth integration and alignment with business goals.
Analyze and improve API integrations, including the Dayforce-to-Deltek Vantagepoint connection, in collaboration with Financial Systems and IT teams.
Lead cyclical system events, including Benefits Open Enrollment, Compensation adjustments, and Performance Management processes, leveraging automation and advanced data imports as needed.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Stay current on emerging HR technology trends, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions into system enhancements.
Serve as the main point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries, providing technical support and training to users across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of direct experience working with Dayforce or similar cloud-based HRIS/HCM systems.
- Proficiency in HCM platforms/modules such as Core HR, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Security, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Knowledge of HTML and XML for system customization and integration.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong project management skills, including leading HRIS/HCM projects.
- Experience with SQL or other database tools for advanced reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with various ERP systems and their integration with HCM platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience managing HRIS systems for a workforce across multiple states, including California.
Working Conditions:
- This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
- This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.
- This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.
- This job requires attending meetings, both in person and virtually as well as speaking on the phone with peers, clients, etc. Speaking, hearing and listening are required.

Proposed Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
