Responsibilities
Program Execution / Change Management
Oversees project implementation and execution through completion.
Manages ground-up projects including programming, design, development, and facilities management for administrative spaces.
Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.
Provides consistent and timely information to stakeholders through various communications outputs.
Design, develop and manage key communications through leveraging change management methodology.
Ability to flex process as needed to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.
Manage the approval process for all assigned projects.
Act as a liaison with KP IT, providing customer support, supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities as needed.
Leads and participates in client meetings or business development presentations as part of a team to help demonstrate our capabilities. Develops marketing materials and support information/data. Maintains a working knowledge of business unit's available product and service offerings.
Responsible for project scheduling and project recommendations based upon owners' objectives which may include, but is not limited to site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection; design team management, schedule creation and management, contractor selection and management, financial management including cash flows, anticipated cost reports and monthly reports.
Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on project documentation.
Ensure accurate reporting on projects' status and financials.
Administrative support as needed.
Lead the client relationship/interface for the assigned business segment(s) and any additional initiatives assigned. Responsible for developing and maintain long-term client relationships at a senior level.
Streamline processes where possible to drive savings.
Ensure tracking of vendor compliance and program performance within assigned scope.
Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external stakeholder groups.

Hi-Level Experience/competence:
The candidate must have the ability to create project structure out of high levels of ambiguity.
Able to demonstrate proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel.
Experience in managing local and regional programs in facilities projects and operations.
Experience in driving employee and operational teams change management plans across diverse geographies and cultures.
Demonstrated success influencing diverse customers or stakeholders and leading teams that include non-direct reports in cross-functional settings.
Understanding in analyzing complex information quickly and simply for stakeholder communication.
Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Process management experience - results driven - the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure desired results are achieved.
Proven track record of interaction with customers and establishing relationships with key stakeholders and policymakers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); must be highly credible in front of client and account leadership.
Ability to multi-task working within a team structure and independently.
Assumes complete responsibility for assignments of moderate complexity and continues to aggressively improve skill base.

Qualifications
Minimum -5-7 years in Facilities or Healthcare Environment preferred.
BA/BS is preferred.
PMP, IFMA, or LEED AP, or similar certification required.
