About the Role:

We are seeking a Reputation & Marketing Specialist to managethe reputation program for our portfolio of communities and lead initiatives toenhanceeach community'sonline reputation. You will implement strategic programs,coordinate with on-site associates,engage with residents, and support corporate initiatives throughreputation programs and otherdigital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, and proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and project management softwarein addition to a solutions-oriented attitude. Strong writing, proofing, andcustomer serviceskills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and support multiple customers.

This is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days working from home and 2-3 days working from our San Diego corporate office in the Sorrento Valley area. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to our corporate office.

Education/Certificates:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Experience:

  • At least 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing or a related communications field.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Experience with the following software/platforms:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Yelp, Google Business Profiles

  • Content Management Systems such as Wordpress, Reputation.com, etc

  • Asana or other project management-related software preferred

  • Community Rewards or other resident retention and/or engagement tools

  • Advanced writing and proofing skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to collaborate and partner with the larger marketing team on key initiatives

  • Highly proactive with a focus on efficiency

  • Good eye for design and ability to follow style guide parameters

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to support multiple customers

  • Experience in networking, both digitally and face-to-face

  • Experience analyzing data to make tactical decisions

  • Inquisitive, strategic thinker interested in the "why"

Essential Duties:

  • Own reputation initiatives for a large portfolio of communities including vendor relationships

  • Organize and implement strategic programming to maintain and increase reputation scores

  • Provide second-line defense for responding to online reviews

  • Compile reporting for reputation and surveys

  • Audit review and survey content to drive strategy and new initiatives

  • Regularly audit ILS content for listing accuracy

  • Own digital resident rewards initiatives and reporting

  • Organize and implement strategic programming to maintain and increase community engagement and leverage resident reward programs to support corporate initiatives

  • Act as the liaison between corporate marketing and the on-site teams to implement and use new digital marketing initiatives

  • Be a brand steward of Fairfield's values, website, social media channels, and other marketing channels to ensure content reflects the brand and its objectives

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, advancements, and technology within the field of digital advertising and pursue opportunities as deemed appropriate

  • Assist with digital ad programs

  • Assist and monitor digital community signage

  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Support the department with general administration

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$68,640.00 - $72,000.00

This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:

* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
